Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Symply Syrups! Every bottle is made in small batches in London, Ontario, and packed with care so it arrives ready to pour.

Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in Canada. We don't ship outside Canada yet. If you're outside Canada and want to get your hands on Symply Syrups, send us a message and let us know.

Free shipping

Orders of $45 or more ship free with Standard shipping.

Shipping rates

For orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout using live Canada Post rates, based on your address and the weight of your order. You'll see every available option and its price before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods like the holidays, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the Canada Post service you choose and where you live. Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Damaged, leaking or lost orders

We pack every bottle carefully, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us at info@symplysyrups.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
